Fish Cakes with Celery

Prepare fish cakes, celery, soy sauce, and olive oil.

The celery is slapped to remove the celery tendons.

The fish cakes are changed to a knife, and steamed in a steamer over water until cooked.

Add water and salt to the stockpot and bring to a boil.
5.
After the soup base is open, change the celery to the pot.

Slightly blanch, drain out of the pot, and then soak in ice water. (You can use mineral water directly, or ice it with ice cubes)

Mix the two ingredients together.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add some olive oil.
10.
Stir until evenly tasted.
