Fish Fillet in Sour Soup

Main ingredients: fish meat, sour soup seasoning.

Wash the fish and remove the fish steaks.

Cut the fish with a blade, which is the butterfly slice.

Put the fish fillets in a basin, add cooking wine, salt and marinate for 5 minutes, then add water and starch to sizing.

Tips:
1. You can choose the ingredients you like. But tomatoes are better, they can both season and enhance color.
2. Put less salt, and eat it with sour taste, other tastes are aftertastes.
