1. Main ingredients: enoki mushroom, chives, bean paste, chopped pepper, garlic, ginger, fungus (forget to shoot fungus)

11. After the gorgon juice is thickened, turn off the heat and bring it out.

Tips:

It is important to prepare the fish-flavored sauce in advance, so that the same process of adding seasoning is avoided when frying.
