Fish Flavored Enoki Mushroom

Remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, put them in a pot of boiling water, blanch for about 30 seconds, remove and drain the water for later use.

Wash the water-fat fungus, cut into shreds, peel and shred carrots.

Put 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of water starch, 6 spoons of water into the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Put oil in the pot, add the scallion, ginger, garlic and sauté after the oil is hot.

Add chopped chili and Pixian bean paste, stir-fry for red oil.

Pour in the shredded fungus and carrots and stir-fry for about half a minute.

Pour in enoki mushrooms and fish-flavored sauce and stir fry. The soup is gelatinized and the juice is turned off.
