Fish-flavored Liver Tip

Wash pig liver and cut into slices.

Soak the bleeding water with clear water.
3.
Add starch, salt and white pepper to sizing.
4.
Cut carrots and green peppers into cubes.
5.
Blanch the carrots and green peppers for later use.

Take a small bowl and add water, starch, salt, sweet and sour soy sauce cooking wine and stir well.
7.
Add oil to the pot, heat the oil into the tip of the liver and discolor it, then serve it out.
8.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot and saute the garlic and pickled peppers.
9.
Pour in a bowl of juice and cook until the soup is thick.
10.
Pour in the liver tip, carrot and green pepper and stir-fry evenly.
