Fish-flavored Winter Melon

Prepare ingredients: winter melon, carrots, ham, green onion, ginger and garlic.

Peel the winter melon and cut into long strips, slice the carrots into spiked slices with a wave knife, and cut the ham into circles.

Pour oil in the pan and heat it up.

Fry the winter melon strips in a pan.
