1. Prepare 8 isinglass, and steam the catfish glue that I used for 20 minutes.
2. Then soak in water and put it in the refrigerator overnight, take it out and add an appropriate amount of water.
3. Put it in a pressure cooker and press for 15 minutes.
4. Add a little cooking wine and boil the chicken pieces.
5. Wash.

7. Add red dates and wolfberry.

10. I made the coriander balls by myself. It's very simple. Just mix the coriander meat with a little salt and starch and knead it into a ball.
