Fish Head Pot

Cut the salmon head into pieces with very fresh/light soy sauce, white wine, white pepper, and egg white, mix evenly and let it stand for more than 30 minutes.

Potatoes, garlic, and onions are ready for use.

Clean the pot with appropriate amount of oil, add potatoes, garlic, onions, and sprinkle a small amount of salt.

Then spread the marinated salmon head flat in the pot, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of ginger on the salmon. If there is a lot of sauce in the marinated salmon bowl, pour it into the pot.

Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 13 minutes. Open the lid and turn to high heat to collect the juice until it is right. Gently flip the ingredients and sprinkle the red pepper. Just mix it well and it's OK.
Tips:
There is no need to add water when braising this dish, and the braising fire should not be too high.
A salmon head, in order to ensure its umami and salty taste, the amount of extremely delicious is used more.
Before the salmon is marinated, the blood must be cleaned, preferably with running water.
