Fish Head Tofu

Prepare ingredients

Pour oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices

Fry the fish head and turn it over again. Don’t turn it too much, it will break.

Add cold water to hide the fish head, add some cooking wine and cook on high heat for 20 minutes.

Scoop out the foam

Add tofu and garlic and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
