The price of the second brother has stayed high recently, so I can't leave the soup every week. I had to start with the idea of fish. Today I bought a grass carp that was almost three kilograms, prepared the fish head for hot pot, and the fish meat for the meatballs. I made the best use of it.

Fish Head Tofu Hot Pot

1. Prepared:
1. 1 fish head, cut in half (usually when buying fish, tell the boss to make fish head soup, others will help to cut it)
2. 200g soft tofu, cut into small pieces for later use;
3. 1 small piece of ginger, shredded and set aside;
4. Soak 200 grams of soy beans, cut the triangle in half;
5, 10 grams of shallots, tie into shallot knots.

2. Salt the fish head, submerge it for 10 minutes, set aside

3. Put edible oil in the pot, and fry the submerged fish head yellow on both sides.

4. Add ginger shreds to the pot, boil cold water, and let the water boil until milky white.

5. Boil until as shown, and add two teaspoons of salt.

6. Place the cut bean paste, soft tofu, and green onion knot in the hot pot.

7. Put the cooked fish head into the prepared hot pot. I put all the fish bones and the prepared fish balls into it.

8. Pour the cooked fish soup.

Tips:

Although the pictures are not very beautiful, the taste is really good. Fish head tofu hot pot is suitable for all ages.
1. The fish head must be fried and then boiled before it will be milky white.
2. Be sure to cook until milky white before adding other side dishes.
