Fish Maw Beauty Chicken Soup

Prepare all ingredients

Soak the flower maw and white fungus in water for 20 minutes (or separate them, soak the white fungus in about ten minutes); rinse the lotus seeds, jujube, and longan with water and set aside

Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces, add cold water to the pot and put the washed chicken pieces into the pot

When the water in the pot is boiled to remove the foam, add red dates, lotus seeds and longan meat

Tear the soaked white fungus into small pieces and put it in the pot. Put the flower maw into the pot together with the ginger slices. Let the water boil and turn to a simmer for about 1 and a half hours. Just add the right amount of salt before serving
