Tips:
1. Under normal circumstances, it is not recommended to soak fish maw in water, just wash the dirt on the surface;
2. The Hainan fish maw I bought is relatively thin, usually it is soft after 2 hours of stewing, and the thicker one can appropriately extend the stewing time;
3. It is best not to use pressure cooker for stewing fish maw, ceramic pot is best, electric stew pot or water-proof stew is also ok
