Fish Maw Pork Belly Corn Soup

1. Raw materials

2. Wash the pork belly with salt and cornstarch, add water to the boiling pot, and set aside.

3. You don’t need to soak the palm-length flower gum for too long, just soak it slightly to wash away the dust.

4. Whole pork belly, a piece of lean meat, corn, carrots, and cut into pieces. Wash the candied dates and slice the ginger.

5. Add 2500 ml of clean water, and boil in a pot under cold water for 10 minutes. Change to a small fire pot.

6. Boil on low heat for 2 hours and season with salt.
