Fish Maw Steamed Eggs

Fish maw steamed in water for 5 minutes

The freshly steamed fish maw will shrink, and then add some ginger slices in the water to soak in the refrigerator. The ginger is to remove the fishy.

The soaked fish maw can be stored in the refrigerator for a week

About 4.5 pieces of flower maw, cut into pieces, beat up two eggs with a little salt, then add 1:1 water and mix well
