Fish Mushroom Box

Soak the mushrooms in water and wash them off.

Cut off the roots.

Thaw the Long Li fish fillet, rinse with water, squeeze the water, cut into small pieces, add salt and chop into puree.

Tips:
1. Add salt to chop the minced fish, the fish meat is easier to glue.
2. Add cornstarch (cornstarch) and stir to increase the viscosity of the fish paste and make it more elastic.
