Fish Omelette

1. Add the minced fish to the minced ginger and green onion and stir well.

2. Add egg, salt, flour, and oil to the fish paste and mix well.

3. Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, add fish paste and fry slowly until golden on both sides.
