Fish Scales

Although the process of cleaning fish scales is not difficult, it is cumbersome to clean the fish scales cleanly and without peculiar smell. First, pick out the debris and thoroughly rinse off the dirt on the scales. I have washed it no less than a dozen times.

Rub and wash twice with cooking wine until there is no foam on the water.

Turn to medium heat after boiling on high heat, and steam for 25 to 30 minutes.

Tips:
