Fish Tofu Fried Rice

Fish tofu, diced cucumber, shredded onion (forgive my knife skills)

Heat oil, stir-fry the chopped green onion and garlic slices. Then pour in the diced fish tofu, diced cucumber, and onion, and fry for 2 minutes, add a little salt, a little ginger juice, light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly

Add the rice, stir-fry evenly, press the rice, and let the rice grains fully spread.

Serve it! ! !
Tips:
1. The rice needs to be dry and fried before it is delicious. I am a little wet.
2. Add seasonings as you wish.
3. Fish tofu is originally salty, and light soy sauce is added, so you should put less or no salt in it.
4. Put the seasoning first and then the rice to avoid uneven stir-frying
