Five-color Mixed Vegetables

Fresh corn, green, red pepper, yam, carrot.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small dices, cut the carrots into small dices, cook the corn and peel the grains, peel and dice the yam, blanch in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and remove them for use.

Pour a little vegetable oil in the pot.

When the oil is hot, add diced green and red peppers and carrots and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Add diced yam and corn kernels, add a little salt, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Tips:
1. Wear disposable gloves when peeling yam. I use plastic bags instead of disposable gloves.
2. Vegetables can be added or subtracted as you like.
