Five Fingers Hairy Peach Tea Tree Ru Pork Rib Soup
1.
Chop fresh ribs, wash and set aside.
2.
Boil the ribs in the pot. Add ginger slices and appropriate amount of cooking wine when blanching the water.
3.
After blanching the ribs, wash the oil juice under running water, drain and set aside.
4.
Cut off the roots of the dried tea tree ru, and soak the five-finger peaches with cold water.
5.
Slice ginger, red dates, and wolfberry to clean the floating dust on the surface and set aside.
6.
The drained spare ribs, soaked five-finger peaches and ginger, put them in a saucepan, add enough water, and turn on the power to start boiling the soup.
7.
Wash the sticky impurities with tea tree ru and drain for later use.
8.
One hour later, add tea tree ru and red dates.
9.
After another two hours, add goji berries, season with salt, and simmer for about 5 minutes before enjoying.
Tips:
1: Tea tree ru soaked water is a good thing, it can be added together in the soup after the net settling.
2: After the soup is cooked, add salt to taste.
3: The soup is very sweet, just a little salt. For heavy-tasting pros, the sauce can be adjusted to dip the ribs.
