Ingredients

Five Fingers, Peach, Yam, Candied Dates and Chicken Soup

1. Blanch chicken, rinse well and set aside

2. Rinse the dry ingredients and soak in water for 5 minutes, then set aside the green onion and ginger

3. Rinse a small amount of cordyceps flower in water for 5-10 minutes, and set aside (cordyceps flower depends on personal taste, or not added, cordyceps flower will make the soup color more beautiful and nutritious)

4. Add mountain spring water to the pot, add dry ingredients, chicken, green onion and ginger

5. Pour in the cooking wine, boil on high heat and simmer slowly, about an hour, the soup is finished

1. Chicken blanching water can not only remove fishy, but also oily
