Precautions:
1. When steaming, it is best to steam it all in a glass bowl
2. The storage container must be glass after everything is done. Put it in a steamer and steam it again before serving to sterilize and remove moisture. The steamed glass bowl will dry quickly, so you don’t need to wipe it with paper towels.
3. There is no small scale at home, only the 20ml small round glass bowl can be used to weigh all the ingredients. 15 jujubes are just full after being cut. Rose and hawthorn are also full. Osmanthus 10ml, if you put too much, it will be bitter, and 5ml of wolfberry is a lot. I calculated the amount like this, and the ratio is just right.
