I usually cook porridge for two to three persons. I like to use Midea's mini electric saucepan, and cook it slowly in two and a half hours. The consistency is just right. It can not only preserve the moisture in the grain, but also make all the ingredients soft and rotten. My family and Walnut especially like to drink a variety of bean porridge, I will also add some grains in it to make the nutrition more balanced.
