Five Ren Crisp

Put a pound of flour on the baking tray, bake it in the oven for half an hour (up and down 150 degrees), take it out and let cool! Use a rolling pin to roll it out and sift it again (because it will become lumpy when baked).

Take two kilograms of flour, yeast, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of white sugar to dissolve the dough with warm water, knead the dough for more than ten minutes! (First bake the flour, then leave the dough).
