Five Ren Stuffing

The materials are weighed.

After the peanuts and walnuts are roasted in the oven, they are peeled and crushed.

The black and white sesame seeds are fried and crushed, or not crushed.

Finely chop hawthorn sticks and raisins.

All the scraps are placed in the basin.

Put the glutinous rice in the pot and stir fry on low heat

Stir-fry it will turn slightly yellow without the taste of cornstarch.

Mix the ingredients well, add sugar, oil and high-grade liquor and mix well.

Add the fried glutinous rice flour and mix well.

Mixed fillings.

Dump into a dough, let it stand for half an hour without oil leakage.
Tips:
1. The filling can be put into your favorite nuts and preserved fruits.
2. The materials for my practice are relatively simple, not authentic Wuren.
3. Roast walnuts and peanuts at 175 degrees for 5 minutes. Don't bake them. Let them cool and peel them.
