Five Ring Bread

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine.

Press the bread maker program 8. Add butter midway and ferment.

Take out the fermented noodles. Round separately. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a loose dough.

Roll into an oval shape.

Shape it into a rectangle, thin the bottom edge, roll it up from top to bottom, and pinch the mouth tightly.

Rub it into a strip of about 50 cm long, and make the strip into a 6-shape.

Wind the top dough into the circle dough below.

Go around again, twice in total.

Glue the head and tail tightly and gently pull it into a circle with your hands. Put it in a baking tray and let it rise in the oven for 30 minutes.

Brush with egg liquid, and put wolfberry or other materials in the middle.

In the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
