Flat Tip Winter Melon and Old Duck Soup
1.
Chop small pieces of duck meat and wash. I only used 1/3 of a whole duck. One whole duck is too much and I can't finish it.
2.
Put water in a pot, bring to a boil, add duck meat, blanch
3.
Wash the duck meat and drain
4.
Soak the flat tip half a day in advance
5.
Wash the flat tip, cut into small pieces, and remove the older roots. Prepare ginger slices and ham slices
6.
Put water in the soup pot, add duck meat, flat tip, sliced ginger and sliced ham after the water is boiled. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat, cover the pot and cook the soup.
7.
Wash and cut winter melon
8.
After the soup has boiled for 40 minutes, add winter melon, cover the pot and continue cooking. Try the saltiness of the soup and add some salt. Because there are flat tips and ham, the soup itself will have a salty taste, so you shouldn't need to put a lot of salt.
9.
After 20 minutes, add the wolfberry, cook for 5 minutes on high heat, and turn off the heat. Laoya soup is out of the pot, very delicious~
