Flavor Grid-chocolate Waffles

Separate the white and egg yolk, put fine sugar in the white, beat with a whisk until dry foaming

Butter and milk melted after heating

Mix low flour and cocoa powder through a sieve, put in the egg yolk, and stir with a spatula to form a custard without particles

Take 1/3 of the egg white and pour it into the egg yolk paste, stir evenly

Then mix all the egg whites and egg yolks and mix into a uniform cake batter

Pour the mixed batter into the waffle mold
