Flax Seed Braid Bread

Prepare the required ingredients

Take 60 grams of milk to dissolve the yeast powder, soak for 5 minutes, add sugar and eggs, mix well

Add 160 grams of high-gluten flour

Stir until there is no dry powder, at room temperature for 1 hour

A good dough with a large honeycomb structure inside

Add oil, salt, milk powder, 40g flour and 30g milk

Knead the dough into a smooth dough, at room temperature for 30 minutes

Divide the dough into 6 portions. 10 minutes after rounding

Take a dough and roll it into a tongue shape

Sprinkle with flax seeds

Roll up and squeeze tightly. Do the rest as well

Take three and pinch one end tightly

Squeeze it tightly after braiding it. Make another one

Place the bread dough on the baking tray, put hot water in the oven, and let it cook for 20 minutes

After making a good bread dough, rinse with egg liquid, sprinkle with flaxseed, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Tips:
1. You can exchange linseed for other dried fruits;
2. The original recipe used a pot of hot water to put in the oven, I only used a small bowl and opened the fermentation stall;
3. When the milk was added at the end, I left a little. It is added depending on the water absorption of the flour, leaving a little bit;
4. The temperature of the oven is subject to our own oven. The temperature of my oven is too high. I started using 175 degrees. It took about 12 minutes to bake it, and then it was turned at 180 degrees and bake for another 3 minutes.
