Flax Seed Tile Crisp

Add sugar and oil to the egg whites and beat them evenly with an electric whisk. Preheat the oven 180 degrees.

Sift in the flour and beat evenly with a whisk.

Add flax seeds.

Mix well.

Use a spoon to pour the paste into a non-stick baking pan. Move the baking tray gently with your hands to spread the pancakes as thinly and evenly as possible.

Put it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. Just let it out and let cool.
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar in this formula is not large. If you like sweet ones, increase the amount of sugar.
2. The biscuits are not very crisp when they are out of the oven, they will be crisp when cooled.
3. The oil can be melted butter and the flavor will be stronger.
