Flax Seed Tile Crisp

Beat an egg first

Add 10g honey

Add 15g sugar and some salt, if you want salty taste, add 3g salt without adding sugar

Add 10g oil after mixing well
5.
Add 30g of flour or rice noodles (I added rice noodles before I finished eating the rice noodles I grind by myself last time)

Add 55g flaxseed
7.
After stirring well, spread it out on the baking pan with tin foil with a spoon

The oven is well preheated, the upper and lower fire middle level, 175 degrees, 10 minutes!
