Flaxseed Peanut Butter

Weigh and prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the peanuts and flax seeds into the baking tray and spread them out flat. Peanuts should be washed in advance and drained.

The oven does not need to be preheated, just put the baking pan directly into the lower middle of the oven, set the upper and lower fire temperature to 160 degrees, and the time is 10-15 minutes. The temperature of each oven is different, and the size and dry humidity of the peanuts are different, and the baking time is also different. So when baking, make appropriate adjustments according to the performance of your own oven. Roast it until it smells good, and the red coat on the outside of the peanuts pops out. If you don't have an oven, you can also use a wok to fry them over low heat.

After roasting, take it out and let cool. Then rub off the red skin of the peanuts.

Pour peanuts and flax seeds into the cooking cup of the wall breaker, then add 1g salt and 10g fine sugar.

After the wall breaker is installed, turn on the power and select the "sauce" program to start making sauce.

Halfway through the process, the peanuts and flaxseed are broken, and then 10ml of cooked peanut oil is poured into the cooking cup. The cooked peanut oil is the peanut oil that has been boiled until it smokes and then completely cooled. Because the prepared peanut butter is eaten directly, it is safer to use cooked oil.

After the program is over, the delicate flaxseed peanut butter is ready. Pour into a clean bottle, seal and store in refrigerator.
Tips:
1. The flaxseed peanut butter made by yourself is not added with any additives, eat it as soon as possible, don't make too much at one time.
2. The amount of peanut oil is not fixed. If you use less oil, the peanut butter will be thicker, and if you use more oil, the peanut butter will be thinner and more fluid, depending on your taste. I added 10ml peanut oil, the consistency is right.
3. Flaxseeds can all be replaced with peanuts, which is pure peanut butter.
