Flip Sushi

Prepare all the materials, many materials are not used;

The rice is freshly prepared. Pour the sushi vinegar and stir evenly with a spoon. Taste as you go. Adjust the amount of sushi vinegar according to your taste;

Cut a piece of seaweed from the middle and spread it on the sushi curtain;

Spread an appropriate amount of rice on the seaweed, and try to even out the thickness;

Spread the fresh-keeping film on the rice, turn over the rice underneath, with the seaweed side up, and put the egg crust on the seaweed, and straighten the edges;

Put the radish sprouts on the egg skin, with the leaves of the radish sprouts facing out

Squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing;

Roll up with the sushi curtain and it will look like the picture in the picture;
9.
Remove the plastic wrap, cut the sushi with a sharp knife, place it on a plate, and put a little caviar on it for garnish. Dip it with horseradish and light soy sauce, or dip it with caviar or salad dressing.
Tips:
The sushi roll materials can be matched according to what you like. The radish sprouts I planted myself are really good for sushi rolls.
