Flooded Lemon

White sugar is powdered with a food processor. This is to facilitate the white sugar to melt easily when submerged.

Lemon slices, half moon shape, seeds removed. The seeds are kept and bitter taste is easy to develop.

Dip the sliced lemons in sugar powder on both sides and store them in a glass jar, layer by layer, for about 1 hour. As long as the sugar is not over the lemon.

Store in the refrigerator. Stir the sugar with chopsticks and shake it every day to activate the sugar foam. After 3 days like this, you can drink it, soak it in warm water.
