Floss Sushi
1.
Put a layer of plastic wrap on the sushi roll first, and then put the Shanghai moss on it. Note that it is easy to cut when placed vertically.
2.
Spread the eggs into strips and cut into strips. Mix the sushi vinegar with the rice (if you don’t have sushi vinegar, you can mix it with salt: sugar: white vinegar in a ratio of 1:3:5). Cut cucumber and ham into strips. Prepare the above materials. Spread a layer of rice first, compact it a little, and then spread cucumber, ham, eggs, and pork floss. Don't spread too much around it. It will loosen when rolled.
3.
Press and roll along the edge of the plastic wrap, with the seal facing down, and a knife with water to cut it, and set it out for eating.
