[flower Cabbage] Guanyin Lotus-sweet and Sour Cabbage

The cabbage is cleaned and chopped.

The chopped cabbage and the peeled green beans are blanched in salted boiling water.

Boil the cabbage and squeeze the water, add sweet and sour and stir evenly, (the ratio of sweet and sour is 2:1), cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 15 minutes.

Soak the onions in water for 5 minutes.

Cut the onion twice in a cross shape.
6.
Use scissors to trim out a lotus shape.

The cut onion slices are put in shape.

Add some black sesame seeds, dark soy sauce, and salt to the marinated cabbage and mix well.
9.
Put the seasoned cabbage in the center to make a heart, and sprinkle with blanched green beans for garnish.
