Flower Clam Egg Soup

Soak the clams in light salt water for 2 hours, spit out the sand and wash them

Cut into strips and chopped shallots into chopped green onions

Beaten eggs

Pour a little oil into the pot, add ginger strips and a little chopped green onion (white part) after the oil is hot and sauté

Add the clams and stir fry for a while

Pour in hot water and boil it to remove the foam

After the clams are boiled until they are open, pour in the egg liquid

Tips:
Before making the clams, they must be raised in salt water so that they won’t get toothy.
