Flower Clam Loofah Soup

1. Ingredients.

2. Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob.

3. Soak for a while and wash the clams.

4. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the clams.

5. After the clams have opened their mouths, remove them, pour the soup into a clean basin, and settle.

6. Put the ginger onions in the pot and sauté until fragrant.

10. Add salt to taste and serve.

Tips:

I used ginger and no pepper, you can add it if you like.
