Flower Clam Loofah Soup

Ingredients.

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob.

Soak for a while and wash the clams.
4.
Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the clams.
5.
After the clams have opened their mouths, remove them, pour the soup into a clean basin, and settle.
6.
Put the ginger onions in the pot and sauté until fragrant.
7.
Pour in the clam soup.
8.
Add the loofah cubes.
9.
The loofah is cooked and clams are added.
10.
Add salt to taste and serve.
Tips:
I used ginger and no pepper, you can add it if you like.
