Flower Clam Porridge

After buying clams, soak them in water and a little salt for a day to spit sand.

The clams are blanched in boiling water until the shells are opened, and immediately remove them for use.

Chopped green onion and cilantro mince.

Rice is boiled with water to make porridge.
