This is a sweet, crunchy, but not greasy, hard biscuit with a simple recipe, which is worth a try.

Flower Condensed Milk Biscuits

1. Prepare the raw materials, soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar and salt to the softened butter

2. Stir well until the butter is slightly whitish

3. Add the condensed milk and continue to mix until it becomes smooth

4. Sift in low powder

5. Knead into a granular, dry powder-free oily powder form

6. Knead the dough into the refrigerator and refrigerate for 20 minutes

7. Clamp it between two layers of plastic wrap and roll it out to a thickness of about one-third of a centimeter

8. The pattern can be printed on the naan stamp, you can also use a fork, or you don’t need to engrave.

9. Flower-shaped biscuit mold buckles out the shape

10. Knead the leftovers again and repeat the steps, and then arrange them into the baking tray.

11. The preheated oven goes up and down to 170 degrees for 15 minutes

Tips:

Biscuits are hard biscuits. If you want to eat crispy, you can increase the butter content and reduce the condensed milk content, but you must increase the sugar accordingly.
