3. Add the chopped shiitake mushrooms to the meat, and add two teaspoons of salt, two teaspoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

4. Grab and mix into fillings.

5. Take out 200 grams of flour, add 70 grams of pumpkin puree, and 2 grams of yeast.

6. Add 48ml of warm water and mix into pumpkin dough.

7. Mix 3 grams of yeast and 160 grams of warm water, add the remaining 300 grams of flour and mix into plain white dough.

8. The mixed two-color dough is fermented separately for 30 minutes. (It only takes 30 minutes)

9. After 30 minutes, take out about 100 grams of white dough, use chopsticks to glue some red yeast rice powder into it.

10. Knead into pink dough. (It will be used to make flowers later)

11. Knead the fermented dough into a cylindrical shape, and cut it into equal parts with a knife.

12. Take an agent, roll it into a thick round piece, and wrap it in the meat filling.

13. Pinch your mouth tightly.

14. Pumpkin dough is the same as that of white dough.

15. Pack the meat and pinch tightly.

16. Roll the pink dough into a sheet, and use your favorite embossing mold to press out the flowers.

17. Put it on the surface of the bun. The buns should be closed down!

18. Take out an appropriate amount of pumpkin dough and roll it into slices, and use a small mold to press out small flowers to make a flower center.

19. Then put the small flower on the surface of the big flower to make a flower center.

20. Put all the shaped raw buns in a steamer that has been rubbed with oil, cover tightly, and ferment for the second time to double the size.

21. Put the water in the pot and bring to a boil, put the raw buns that have been fermented for the second time into the pot, cover tightly, and steam for 15 minutes over high heat. Do not open the lid and simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid. Prevent the buns from collapsing.

Tips:

The purple sweet potato flower in the picture is a small piece of purple sweet potato dough left over from making steamed buns. It is only enough to squeeze a few flowers, so I won't introduce it here. As for what color of flowers you like, you can decide according to your preference.
