Flower Sushi

The rice is mixed with sugar, salt, red vinegar and a little red yeast rice to make sushi rice

Spread rice on the seaweed, put cooked crab sticks in the middle, roll up into a drop shape, leaving a part of the end for bonding

Squeeze it tightly, the rolled up shape looks like this
