Flower Sushi

To prepare the ingredients, the cheese and fish sausage I bought is relatively thin, which can be used as a flower core.

Stir the simmered rice until it is warm and stir in the cherry blossom powder. Stir in a small amount several times until the color becomes pink and tender.

Cut the big piece of rice with seaweed into four pieces, put on disposable gloves and damp it with less water to prevent sticking. Take a small ball of rice and roll it into a cylinder and place it on one end of the seaweed. The small roll must not be long, otherwise it will not be rounded and the finished product will not be beautiful.

After rolling a circle, glue the edges with rice grains, and cut off the excess seaweed. My seaweed is a little bigger. Just cut a piece of seaweed into six small pieces.

Roll up five small rolls in this way and rub them on the chopping board to make the small rolls rounder.

After blanching the cowpea, let it cool and control the moisture. Cut it into five pieces of the same length as the small rolls. There are a lot of them in my picture. In fact, two pieces are enough. I saw that the cucumber was cut into small strips before. If it is more troublesome, just use cowpea, which saves trouble and looks beautiful.

Cut another piece of seaweed in half, put two small rolls first, and put the cowpea in the middle.

Then put the cheese sausage on top

Then arrange the other three rolls, putting a cowpea between each two rolls.

Wrap five small rolls with seaweed and stick the edges with rice grains.

Pour a tablespoon of sushi vinegar into another bowl of rice and stir well.

Take the other half of the seaweed and spread the white rice evenly, leaving about a quarter of the place, so that it just rolls around without overlapping.

Place the rolled flower part on it and drag the bamboo curtain to roll it up.
15.
Tighten the bamboo curtain after rolling it up and roll it a few times.

Use a sharp knife to slice. Rinse each slice with the knife and then cut another slice, so that the cut surface can be beautiful.
