Thousand-page tofu cut into cubes. Place two chopsticks underneath, cut into slices first, and then cut into strips.

The oil is 60% hot, and the tofu is deep-fried, turned over and deep-fried until slightly yellow.

Leave a little base oil in the pot, add tomato sauce, sugar, a little water, salt and white vinegar.

Boil until thick and pour it on the fried tofu.
Tips:
Deep-fried tofu-in the middle of frying, you need to constantly scoop hot oil on the tofu, which makes it easier to bloom and shape.
