Folded Taro
1.
Wash the taro and cut it into pieces. I bought it and peeled off the skin.
2.
Fry in the frying pan, the shovel can be cut down and it will be cooked.
3.
If the ratio of water to sugar in the pot is 1:2 and half a taro, the one I bought at the time would be a bit bigger. I would have half a bowl of water and seven spoons of sugar! The water is boiled for about ten seconds and sugar is added. I love sweet ones, if you don’t like sweet ones, don’t scoop too full
4.
Wait until there is a big bubble, and then look at the consistency. I was afraid that it would be muddy, so I didn’t take the picture. This is watery.
5.
Turn off the fire and stir-fry the taro in syrup. Some people like to add chopped green onion! Stir-fry, stir-fry until the sand is turned. This is because I’m not sure that the sugar is a bit mushy, but it doesn’t affect the taste.
