Fork Bbq Chicken Wings

After the chicken wings are washed, use a knife to score two knives on each chicken wing.

Mix 2 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and some cooking wine to make the sauce.

Dip the chicken wings in the sauce.

Put the plastic wrap in the refrigerator overnight.

Brush the baking pan with oil.

Put the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray.
