Four Beauty Stewed Peach Gum

Soak peach gum, white fungus, and barley, rinse off lily and lotus seeds

Tremella stalked and cut into pieces

Boil the white fungus, barley, and lotus seeds together until the lotus seeds are soft and glutinous barley blooms (rice cooker soup mode for about 2 hours)

Add lily & peach gum (after soaking to remove impurities), simmer together for 30 minutes
