I only heard that the taro balls in the dessert shop were delicious and expensive, but there was no chance to taste it. This time I did it myself and made four-color taro balls with milk. After the taro balls are boiled, they are put in hot milk. They are soft, waxy, rich and elastic. With the fragrance of milk, the taste is very refreshing!

Ingredients

Four-color Taro Balls

Tips:

1. When adding cassava flour to the four types of mashed potatoes, do not add too much at one time, but add small amounts in batches, which can be kneaded into dough
2. If you think the color of green sweet potato is good, you don't need to add matcha;
3. If you think the purple sweet potato has little water content, add a little water, and don't need to add water for others;
4. Milk can be replaced with coconut milk, almond milk, etc. If it is replaced with boiled red bean soup, add some honey, the taste is very beautiful;
5. If you don't have yellow stuffed sweet potatoes, you can use pumpkin or taro and pumpkin powder instead; if you don't have green stuffed sweet potatoes, you can use taro and matcha instead;
6. You can make more and keep it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take some out and cook, and you can eat delicious taro balls at any time.
