Four-color Taro Balls

Wash the purple sweet potato, yellow stuffed sweet potato, green stuffed sweet potato and taro, and steam it in an electric pressure cooker

Let cool and peel off, put them in a basin, and press them into puree; pour in appropriate amount of sugar and tapioca powder; add appropriate amount of matcha to the green sweet potato puree (add green, you don’t need to add)

Sprinkle some tapioca flour on the operating table, take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long strip

Cut into small pieces with a plastic cutting board, sprinkle some tapioca flour to prevent adhesion

Boil water in a pot, add the taro balls, wait for the taro balls to float for 2 to 3 minutes, and then remove them.

After removing it, put it in cold boiling water and then remove it to make the taro balls more elastic and put it into a bowl

Pour in the milk heated in the microwave, the milk taro balls are done

The leftover taro balls are stored in the refrigerator and cooked right after eating. The taste is the same as the freshly made taro balls.
Tips:
1. When adding cassava flour to the four types of mashed potatoes, do not add too much at one time, but add small amounts in batches, which can be kneaded into dough
2. If you think the color of green sweet potato is good, you don't need to add matcha;
3. If you think the purple sweet potato has little water content, add a little water, and don't need to add water for others;
4. Milk can be replaced with coconut milk, almond milk, etc. If it is replaced with boiled red bean soup, add some honey, the taste is very beautiful;
5. If you don't have yellow stuffed sweet potatoes, you can use pumpkin or taro and pumpkin powder instead; if you don't have green stuffed sweet potatoes, you can use taro and matcha instead;
6. You can make more and keep it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take some out and cook, and you can eat delicious taro balls at any time.
