Four Red Barley Porridge

Prepare the ingredients you need. The fried barley I use is not so cold and suitable for the whole family.

It is best to soak barley and red beans a few hours in advance.

Pour into the rice cooker, I use less ingredients, just two bowls.
Water is usually ten times the amount of food.

It is usually made by appointment the night before. Try to make it at 4-5 in the morning, and let it be stuffed in the rice cooker for another 1-2 hours, so that the barley and red beans will be softer. You can eat it as soon as you get up early.

Tips:
If it is to remove moisture, do not enlarge the rice, because the rice is wet and cold, which is equivalent to adding moisture.
If it is made with an ordinary boiling pot, it will take a long time and the barley will not be soft. I personally recommend using an electric rice cooker to make it. It is best to use the one with reservation function.
