1. The water absorption of different brands of flour is different, the amount of water is for reference only.
2. The power of each type of bread machine is different, and the mixing time should be adjusted according to your own bread machine. I used Dongling 1352AE-3C bread machine here.
3. Each type of oven has different temperaments, so the temperature is for reference only. I use Dongling K30A oven.
